More Tacos

So I am a little addicted to my tortilla press and fresh tortillas. This time they are stuffed with grilled chicken breasts which I pounded to about 3/4 of an inch thick and then marinated in lime juice, lime zest, olive oil, cilantro, sugar, salt and pepper. Grilled over lump charcoal at 500 deg, chopped and then topped with Jack cheese, fresh salsa, onions, and cilantro. Served with black beans and brown rice.
